AI Opportunity Assessment Terms

Effective date: 16 July 2026

These AI Opportunity Assessment Terms supplement the general Klessi Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between these terms and the general terms, these Assessment Terms apply to the AI Opportunity Assessment.

1. Who provides the Assessment

The AI Opportunity Assessment is provided by Business for Change LTD, trading as klessi ("we", "us" or "Klessi").

In these terms, "you" means the business, organisation or individual purchasing the Assessment.

2. What the Assessment includes

The AI Opportunity Assessment is a paid, guided diagnostic designed to help you understand a practical first response to a defined business friction.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, it includes:

  1. a short pre-call questionnaire;
  2. one 45-minute diagnostic call;
  3. a short recommendation deck;
  4. two to three practical self-serve quick wins, which may include prompts or simple process suggestions; and
  5. one 20 to 30-minute review call.

The recommendation deck will set out a clear, well-defined path forward based on the information available. It is designed to help you prioritise a sensible next step. It is not a guarantee of a particular commercial, operational or financial outcome.

3. What is not included

The Assessment does not include:

If you would like help putting a recommended path into practice, this may be discussed separately. Any later work requires a separate written scope, price and agreement. It is not included in the Assessment.

4. Price and payment

The Assessment fee is the amount shown at checkout. The founding rate is currently £295 including VAT if applicable. The standard rate may later be £495 including VAT if applicable.

Payment is required in full through Stripe before the diagnostic call is confirmed. Stripe provides the payment receipt.

The Assessment is a separate paid service. Its fee is not credited against any later implementation work unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

5. Booking, preparation and timing

After payment, we will send you the pre-call questionnaire and a link or proposed times to book the diagnostic call. Please provide accurate and reasonably complete information so that the Assessment can focus on your actual business context.

We will agree the timetable for the diagnostic call, recommendation deck and review call with you after booking. We do not guarantee a fixed delivery timetable before understanding your availability and the information required.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to share any information, materials and access details you provide.

6. Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds

If you need to reschedule a booked diagnostic or review call, please give at least two business days' notice. We will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative time.

If you cancel before we have begun reviewing your questionnaire or preparing for the diagnostic call, we will provide a full refund. Once we have begun that work, the Assessment fee is non-refundable, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If we need to reschedule due to circumstances on our side, we will offer a reasonable alternative time. If we cannot provide the Assessment, we will refund the fee paid.

Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Your information and confidentiality

We will treat non-public information you share during the Assessment as confidential and use it only to provide the Assessment and manage our relationship with you, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Please do not share passwords, payment-card data, API keys, highly sensitive personal data or information that you are not authorised to disclose.

8. Recommendations and responsibility for decisions

The Assessment is practical decision support based on the information available at the time. You remain responsible for decisions about your business, tools, suppliers, processes, staff and customers.

Any self-serve quick wins, prompts or process suggestions are starting points. You should review and adapt them for your own context before use. We do not guarantee that a recommendation, tool or workflow will be suitable for every situation.

9. Intellectual property

Once the Assessment fee has been paid in full, you may use the recommendation deck and self-serve quick wins internally within your organisation.

You retain ownership of the information and materials you provide. Klessi retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks, prompts, tools and know-how. You may not resell, publish or represent these as your own without our written permission.

10. Liability

The limitations and exclusions of liability in the general Klessi Terms of Service apply to the Assessment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Assessment will not exceed the fee you paid for that Assessment.

11. Governing law

These Assessment Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

The version of these Assessment Terms available when you complete payment applies to your Assessment. We may update the terms for future purchases by publishing a revised version with a new effective date.
